These lights are so pretty when lit. They sort of look like little tiny Christmas ornaments that glow. This string is 33 feet long and has 100 bulbs that glow a warm beautiful light when lit.

These require an outlet - they must be plugged in (cord length to first bulb is about 5 feet). They have 6 lighting modes.

These are meant for indoor use or in a covered area - they are not waterproof and should not be exposed to the rain.

I really like these lights - I just wish they were outdoor rated.

Review of Luminwiz PAR38 LED Bulb

I have been replacing all my lightbulbs with energy efficient LED bulbs. It just makes sense since electricity keeps getting more expensive and I hate changing regular bulbs as often as they die.

I purchased this LuminWiz PAR38 LED bulb to go in a recessed fixture over my kitchen sink. I liked that it puts out the equivalent light to a 120W halogen bulb but only uses 18W of energy. It has a lifespan of 25000 hours so under normal use it will be a very long time before I have to get on a ladder and change it out again.

This bulb is fully dimmable - so that is fantastic if you have the fixture on a dimmer switch. There are times where you want some light but don't want it super bright. It has a warm soft white glow so it isn't like some other bright blue/white LED bulbs.

You can tell from the minute you take it out of the package that it's a high quality bulb - the materials and build quality look fantastic. I've only had it in use for a week but so far I'm thrilled with it.

Review of Mitaki Japan Clock with Safe

This clock is a fun accessory.  At under $15 it's hard to expect it to be a real safe - it's basically a plastic cabinet with a clock face.  That being said - it's great for certain uses like  a kids room or garage.

I opted to put mine in the garage which is already secure.  I wasn't looking for a true safe or lockable unit - just something where I can put spare keys for the toys (motorcycles, atv, etc.)

It keeps the clutter down and keeps the keys from getting lost.  Just know the purpose you want and understand it's not a true "safe".

This clock is mostly plastic and is what you would expect from a $15 clock.

Review of TripWorthy Premium Outdoor Hammock

This hammock is very well made - from the parachute grade fabric, the triple stitching and the hardware. You can feel the quality from the minute you open it.

It comes in a very compact bag and takes about 2 minutes to set up. All hardware is included - including carabiners and heavy duty ropes. It's super lightweight and doesn't take up much room so it's ideal for almost any situation - from camping to an emergency bug out bag.

I like that the ropes come with protectors so that when you put them around the tree it won't fray the rope - very nice!

I like that this hammock can support two adults (up to 500 pounds total). Most camping hammocks are not rated for that weight

Review of Shark SHKMRC3090DBC 250w Motorcycle/Snowmobile Audio System with 3" Speakers (Chrome)

I purchased this Shark Audio system to install in my side by side since we like to take it for rides but miss having music.

It comes well packed in the box and the components seem to be good quality for the price. The speakers are heavy (a good indicator or quality usually).

The only downside is you have to make your own mounts (or buy them) as this system only comes with the receiver/amp, cables, controller and speakers. Installation was moderate to hard - so be prepared or hire an installer.

I have not had experience with prolonged use so if the unit does get hot or only lasts 6 months as someone complained it would be too soon for me to know. I will update the review at a later date if needed. So far I'm pleased - for this price it's nice to have sound in the side by side. It's not going to be deep bass or high end sound - but it's great to add music to a motorcycle, ATV, etc.

Review of Comfiy Mattress Protector

I have a Tempurpedic mattress in my master bedroom and one of the things that is crucial is to keep a protector on it as their warranty is void if you don't. At the mattress store the protectors average about $100. Any moisture that gets into the mattress and causes it to fail (like sweat, accidents, etc) are not covered under the warranty. I've tried several different mattress protectors because I wasn't about to spend $100 on the one from the mattress store and between the "crunchy" ones that would wake you up and the others that didn't hold up after one wash, I wanted a high quality one that I could depend on. The Comfiy protector is very high quality - you can feel it the minute you take it out of the package. It's soft and has a terry cloth like feel so that it won't make noise when you lay on it. It feels just like the ones that are $100 at the mattress store. I love that it's machine washable. I hang mine dry as I just don't trust a dryer with this type of protector - but it says it's safe in the dryer on low heat. I really love this protector and would definitely recommend it without hesitation. Review of Paw Choice Water Additive

I have three greyhounds and one thing that is very important with that breed is their dental care.   To help avoid costly vet dental visits we try to use water additives and give them chews/bully sticks on a regular basis.

I decided to try this Paw Choice brand since it's made in the USA. 

I've been using this for over a week and so far I can tell a difference in their breath.  It's no longer stinky and they don't seem to notice that I've added it to the water.  It's too soon to tell if it's working on their plaque and gums - but I'm happy with the difference in their breath so that's a plus. 

I have one dog with a sensitive stomach and so far I haven't seen anything that makes me worry. 
Overall I'm happy with Paw Choice Water Additive and would recommend it to other dog owners who have dogs with stinky breath.

Review of Mitaki-Japan® Classic 12-Bulb LED Lantern

I love the classic look of this lantern - it looks like a vintage antique but is LED!

It takes 4 AA batteries (not included) but because it's LED those batteries last a long time.

It gives off a good amount of light - great for night time entertaining or even when the power is out.  It would also be great for camping.

I like that it has a dimmer switch so you can change the amount of light.

This is now my favorite LED lantern.  It is so good looking (and well made) and puts out a good amount of light. 

I highly recommend this lantern to have for camping, for around the house, entertaining at night or even as a gift.
